Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage phone calls and visitors
- dependability and responsibility
- previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties
- Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
- provides community address, directions, fax numbers, and website information
- greets and directs visitors to the community
- receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
- resolves customer questions and concerns
