Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years experience or training in hospitality and/or customer service preferred
- Compassionate and patient with good communication skills
- Available to work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Ability to interact positively with seniors and their families
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications

- Compassionate and patient with strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt customer service approach to different individuals
- Team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with senior living environments a plus
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors
- Provide excellent customer service tailored to individual needs
- Act as a brand ambassador for Brandywine Living
- Maintain a welcoming and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Support the community by assisting with various service tasks
- Promote a positive, caring atmosphere within the facility
