Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Proven customer service experience

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents, extend a warm welcome and greeting, offer and provide beverages to visitors and guests, ensure community safety protocols are in place
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors and minimize wait times
- Greet potential career candidates, direct them to apply online, and record information in the Applicant Tracking System
- Answer phone calls promptly with appropriate community greeting and identification
- Take and communicate complete messages accurately
- Provide community overview to callers, determine appropriate forwarding, and notify callers
- Manage appointments for residents and family members
- Send get well and sympathy cards to residents and families as appropriate
- Order flowers and name plates for new residents
- Maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- Support sales inquiries and lead tracking
- Keep front desk and Bistro area clean, stocked, and organized
- Ensure music plays throughout the day
- Partner with community team to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Practice safety procedures including PPE, fire extinguishers, SDS, and Lockout Tagout
- Maintain resident and team member rosters and schedules for emergencies
- Respond to emergencies as per policy
- Ensure all guests and residents sign in and out
- Maintain high-risk elopement list with photographs
- Update resident phone lists and registers
- Prepare and process meal tickets and related funds
- Organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- Assist with recruitment data entry and administrative duties
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Track and disburse team member paychecks
- Actively participate in team engagement activities and training
- Maintain compliance with required training and attendance at meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
