Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures
- Willingness to participate in required training and compliance programs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience and skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Good organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
- Accurate record keeping abilities
- Good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience with safety and risk management protocols preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors,greet visitors warmly and provide beverages
- Contact Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator for prospective resident meetings
- Greet and direct job candidates, capture application information in Applicant Tracking System
- Answer and manage incoming calls with proper community greeting, take and relay messages
- Provide community overview to callers and route calls appropriately
- Manage resident and family appointments such as hairdresser and transportation
- Send get well and sympathy cards and order Memory Flowers for residents
- Support sales and marketing by ordering flowers, guest meals, and maintaining marketing materials
- Assist Director of Sales with lead tracking and administrative duties related to resident move-in
- Maintain front desk and bistro area cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere
- Monitor risk management compliance and safety programs, including emergency rosters
- Maintain records for resident, team member, and guest sign-ins with safety protocols
- Update resident contact list, move-in/out registers, and guest logs
- Handle meal ticket preparation, money collection, and accounting
- Organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- Monitor office supplies and track team member paychecks
- Participate in team engagement activities, meetings, and required training
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team and community goals
