Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Ability to greet guests courteously and professionally
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer proficiency including data entry
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Pass a drug test and health screenings as required
  • Compliance with applicable vaccination mandates

Job Duties

  • Greet potential residents, families, and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Manage external and internal phone calls and take accurate messages
  • Provide community information and support to the Director of Sales and Executive Director
  • Assist the Business Office Coordinator and HR Designee with recruitment and administrative tasks
  • Perform computer data entry and handle general administrative duties
  • Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and music to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
