Job Requirements
- must have experience in a long term care setting
- must have customer service experience
- ability to read, write and comprehend English
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively under pressure
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in patient relations, customer service, or healthcare, preferably in a long-term care setting
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- ability to read, write and comprehend English
- strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- a genuine passion for working with seniors and improving their quality of life
Job Duties
- build relationships with residents through continual monitoring of overall satisfaction during their stay
- work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that residents' needs and preferences are met
- advocate for residents' rights and ensure that their voices are heard in all aspects of their care
- implement initiatives to improve the overall patient experience
- manage difficult or emotional resident situations by identifying and resolving these problems in a timely manner
- provide support and guidance to families during difficult transitions or times of need
