Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors
- manage both external and internal calls
- take and communicate messages
- provide an overview of community information to inquiries
- support the Director of Community Sales and Executive Director in marketing and sales efforts
- assist the Business Manager with computer data entry and general administrative duties
- monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, music, and atmosphere
