Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Reliable transportation to various locations in Portland metro area
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to monitor security systems and respond to emergencies after training

- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software

Job Duties
- Greeting residents and directing visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Confirming appointments before allowing access to the building
- Responding professionally to phone calls, emails, and voicemails
- Sending resident communications through BuildingLink
- Providing concierge services like package receiving, dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up, access assistance, and local recommendations
- Escalating resident concerns to the property manager as needed
- Keeping the front desk and lobby clean and organized
- Managing BuildingLink and KeyLink systems (reservations, events, packages, etc.)
- Communicating clearly with residents, managers, maintenance, porters, security, and vendors
- Monitoring security cameras and responding to building emergencies as trained
- Understanding and applying the building's rules and regulations
