Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in guest relations or customer service
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use mobile devices and computers

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate mobile devices and computers
- Bachelor's degree in communications or related field preferred
- Four years of guest relations or customer service experience preferred
- Multi-language skills preferred
Job Duties
- Promote a culture of safety and hospitality in lobbies and public areas
- Serve as a greeter, screener, and navigator for patients and visitors
- Collaborate with admitting, valet, auxiliary, and security teams
- Provide compassionate customer service with a caring and professional demeanor
- Use mobile devices to facilitate and manage service requests
- Educate other staff on customer service best practices
- Assist in directing patients to relevant hospital services
