Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3+ years of office management or administration experience
- Experience in private clubs, hotels, or guest services preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of creative editing tools such as Canva and Adobe
- Basic photography and video editing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Outgoing and hospitable demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Notary Public license preferred, but not required
- 2-3+ years of office management/administration required
- Experience in private clubs, hotels, or guest services preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Experience using Canva, Adobe, and other creative editing tools

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the Club's main entrance and phone line, greeting members and guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls, field member inquiries, take accurate messages, and ensure prompt follow-up or referral to the appropriate department or team member
- Maintain current knowledge of Club activities, dining offerings, events, and services
- effectively communicate this information to members and staff
- Manage restaurant reservations and support dining operations by updating and printing menus, wine lists, and weekly specials
- design and produce menus for private events as needed
- Maintain and update the member and team directory, providing login assistance and ensuring accuracy of member information in the database
- Support the communication and marketing of Club events by creating directional signage, designing and distributing event flyers, managing event registrations, sending confirmation emails, and assisting with website updates
- Assist with holiday food orders, special projects, and administrative or operational needs as assigned
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area, ensure office supplies (including menu printing materials) are stocked
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring member needs are anticipated and addressed promptly and courteously
