Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3+ years of office management or administration experience
  • Experience in private clubs, hotels, or guest services preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of creative editing tools such as Canva and Adobe
  • Basic photography and video editing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Outgoing and hospitable demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Notary Public license preferred, but not required
  • 2-3+ years of office management/administration required
  • Experience in private clubs, hotels, or guest services preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe, and other creative editing tools

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the Club's main entrance and phone line, greeting members and guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, field member inquiries, take accurate messages, and ensure prompt follow-up or referral to the appropriate department or team member
  • Maintain current knowledge of Club activities, dining offerings, events, and services
  • effectively communicate this information to members and staff
  • Manage restaurant reservations and support dining operations by updating and printing menus, wine lists, and weekly specials
  • design and produce menus for private events as needed
  • Maintain and update the member and team directory, providing login assistance and ensuring accuracy of member information in the database
  • Support the communication and marketing of Club events by creating directional signage, designing and distributing event flyers, managing event registrations, sending confirmation emails, and assisting with website updates
  • Assist with holiday food orders, special projects, and administrative or operational needs as assigned
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area, ensure office supplies (including menu printing materials) are stocked
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring member needs are anticipated and addressed promptly and courteously
