Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a concierge or guest service role
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- familiarity with local area and attractions
- must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

- maintains positive guest relations at all times
- anticipates guests' needs and responds promptly
- collaborates with Front Office staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- greets guests personally using their names when possible
- responds to guest requests concerning dining, shows, tours, spas, entertainment, shopping, transportation, and more
- maintains familiarity with local amenities and businesses
- establishes contacts with local businesses to assist guests efficiently
- makes and confirms reservations for guests
- arranges transportation and bicycles as needed
- coordinates with other departments to meet guest needs
- provides local and international newspapers
- handles guest shipments
- monitors guest logs and VIP needs
- proactively resolves guest concerns with diplomacy
- ensures Concierge area is clean and reports maintenance issues
- ensures accurate billing for guests
- completes shift checklists
