Job Requirements
- High school education
- minimum of two years experience in a related position preferably hospitality
- ability to add, subtract and multiply
- excellent communication skills including active listening
- ability to speak, write and read English
- proficiency in basic office equipment including personal computer
- proficient in office software
- physical mobility to perform job duties
- good physical health verified by health screening including chest x-ray or intradermal test within specified period
- pass criminal record clearance
- ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures
- willingness to provide compassionate care to older adults

Job Duties
- Provide all residents, guests and visitors exceptional customer service during every interaction
- greet all residents and visitors
- provide information about the property
- assist with general resident, family member and guest requests
- arrange property tours
- answer telephones and relay messages
- display knowledge of services and programs
- handle mail meter, stamps, and office operations
- record receipt of packages
- manage business center requests
- process incoming mail
- complete opening and closing duties
- take reservations for dining rooms and activities
- schedule personal and complimentary transportation
- receive and record maintenance work order requests
- monitor Emergency Alert System and respond promptly
- maintain Resident Notice Binder
- arrange valet parking
- fulfill personal concierge requests such as restaurant reservations and internet research
- keep reception area neat and orderly
- ensure signage accuracy
- perform clerical duties
- update marketing packets
- respond to residents' concerns and emergencies
- support marketing efforts through positive interactions
- communicate observed changes in resident condition
- maintain safety standards
- encourage teamwork
- support a positive professional image
- perform other duties as assigned
