Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience in a high-volume environment preferred
- Strong communication skills to address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent communication, guest service and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Ensure that every guest is recognized meaningfully and leaves with a memorable experience
- Provide personalized and attentive service to guests and members, addressing their needs and preferences with professionalism and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Actively promote and sell memberships, conduct venue tours showcasing amenities
- Explain membership options, pricing, and benefits
- Maintain a service mindset and high level of service standards and expectations
- Ensure that guests' golf experience meets PopStroke standards of service and ensures compliance with course rules
- Assist the F&B staff as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and efficient food and beverage delivery
- Assist with ensuring the cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including restrooms
- Restock service stations and restrooms
- Suggest menu items or special offerings to enhance guest experience and potentially increase revenue
- Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding the venue, pricing, menu, and other information in a professional and courteous manner
- Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment
- Other duties as assigned
