Job Requirements

- prior customer service experience
- ability to operate alarm systems

Job Qualifications

- prior experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred
- ability to use alarm panels and two-way radios
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook

Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests
- answer incoming calls and relay to appropriate parties
- respond to resident assists and smoke alarms using alarm panel
- communicate unusual events to administration
- coordinate emergency response efforts including directing emergency vehicles
- provide Resident Information Forms and DNR information to medical personnel
- use two-way radio for communication with staff
- access and manage E-Clinical information and administrative duties on computer
- log keys in and out
- account for residents using census and flipper sheets
- handle maintenance and housekeeping requests
- log in packages and notify residents
- update daily resident census
- keep front desk area clean and organized
- apply postage and send fax messages
- assist residents with dry cleaning procedures
- anticipate and meet residents’ needs
- schedule resident IT appointments and submit logs
- reserve conference rooms and perform clerical duties
