Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
- Strong reading and writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Able to clearly speak English
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Welcomes and accommodates guests and staff in an efficient and friendly manner
- Answers external and internal telephone calls taking and delivering messages as needed
- Displays a working knowledge of emergency procedures after training
- Utilizes the radio/paging internal communication system
- Performs registration functions including attendee lists and printing badges
- Confirms meetings and headcounts as needed
- Greets and escorts visitors as needed
- Updates data board with meeting information and announcements
- Restocks business center and meeting room supplies notifying manager when orders are needed
- Handles mail, messages, and special deliveries
- Assists guests and performs other duties as assigned by management
- Participates actively in training programs
