Job Duties

Provide ongoing telephone coverage
Complete assigned security schedule while maintaining community integrity and security
Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet organizational objectives and ensure individuals feel appropriately served
Keep difficult situations from escalating
Accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify resident of delivery
Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
Assist other management with projects and assignments
