Job Duties

Provide ongoing telephone coverage
complete assigned security schedule while maintaining community security and integrity
greet residents, guests, suppliers, vendors, and service providers in a warm and professional manner
resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and organizational objectives
accept and document delivery packages, notify recipients
prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
assist management with projects and assignments
