- Availability to work per diem shifts during days, evenings and nights

Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- Complete assigned security schedule while maintaining community integrity and security
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a way that meets organizational objectives and ensures appropriate service
- Keep difficult situations from escalating
- Accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify recipients
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Assist other management with projects and assignments
