Job Requirements

  • High school education
  • Minimum two years experience in related position preferably hospitality
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the job
  • Good physical health with recent health screening
  • Proficient in office equipment and software
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Willingness to provide exceptional customer service
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • High school education
  • Minimum two years experience in a related position preferably hospitality
  • Ability to add, subtract and multiply
  • Strong reasoning skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak, write and read English
  • Proficient with basic office equipment including personal computers
  • Skilled in Office software
  • Good physical health verified by screening
  • Compassionate towards older adults
  • Demonstrated concern for the physical and emotional needs of seniors

Job Duties

  • Provide all residents, guests and visitors exceptional customer service during every interaction
  • Greet all residents and visitors and provide property information
  • Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests
  • Arrange tours of the property for visitors
  • Answer telephones, direct calls, and relay messages professionally
  • Display knowledge of services and programs of the property
  • Manage mail meter, stamps, copying, and other office tasks
  • Process incoming mail and distribute to appropriate mailboxes
  • Complete all opening and closing duties
  • Take reservations for dining rooms, activities, and transportation
  • Record and deliver maintenance work order requests
  • Monitor and respond to Emergency Alert System calls
  • Maintain the Resident Notice Binder
  • Keep reception area neat and stocked
  • Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of posted signage
  • Perform clerical duties as directed
  • Assemble marketing packets
  • Respond to residents’ concerns and emergencies
  • Support community marketing efforts through tours and calls
  • Communicate observed or suspected changes in residents’ conditions to supervisors
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Encourage teamwork among staff
  • Support a positive and professional image
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
