Job Requirements
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
- able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- good hearing for safety and accurate communication
- must be able to read, write and speak in English
- must have reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Greet guests with hospitality and customer service
- ensuring all guests meet our age requirements, check IDs
- observe and report suspicious activities and persons to management
- ensure proper occupancy levels and crowd control
- respond to alarms and security related incidents
- write reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and other security related situations to company for correction or follow-up actions
- provide needed assistance to customers, co-workers, and client management
- follow all company rules and regulations
- being the welcome face of our restaurant by giving a positive and uplifting first and last impression to our guests
- providing our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business
- facilitate top-notch service in the restaurant with accurate communication with occupancy levels, and potential situations that may require de-escalation
- being knowledgeable of all brand-related restaurant information, e.g. happy hour details or limited time offers
