Job Duties
- Answering high volume of phones, vetting messages and transferring calls, offering refreshments to guests
- Collaborating with Senior Concierge, Resident Specialist, and/or Leasing Consultants to coordinate resident events including meetings, parties, cooking nights, movie nights, and special events
- Organizing files
- Facilitating and inputting service requests from tenants
- Handling mail
- Walking units
- Providing information and resources by identifying and clarifying guest needs, answering questions, giving directions, developing service inventories, managing and screening messages
- Guiding residents through the lease renewal process by providing comprehensive assistance
- Coordinating and executing resident move-ins and move-outs while setting clear expectations for residents
