Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- prior hospitality experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments in emergencies
- physical capability to lift 30 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs, and navigate property
- ability to hear and respond appropriately to verbal requests
- ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
- ability to stoop and bend
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- college level courses in business and hospitality preferred
- 1+ years of hospitality experience preferred
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- professional and knowledgeable demeanor
- intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to prioritize tasks
- ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- multiple language fluency desirable but not necessary
Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests upon entry
- respond to requests and questions promptly
- make reservations and provide recommendations for local restaurants, bars, and clubs
- document issues or transactions as needed
- develop understanding of Association policies and escalation procedures
- maintain knowledge of surrounding areas and attractions
- answer phones promptly while utilizing support resources as necessary
- keep activity logs, incident reports, and records for Property Manager’s review
- escalate concerns to Property Manager for immediate resolution
- monitor Emergency Response System and respond efficiently
- control Electronic Security Control Systems if applicable
- ensure all safety procedures are followed
- log and track packages until delivery or pick-up
- perform other assigned duties
