Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or similar customer-facing role

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
- Greet every call with a warm and friendly tone
- Deliver exceptional business and concierge services to members and guests
- Inform members and guests about club services, amenities, and events
- Assist with member communications including social media and newsletters
- Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members for engagement
- Support member experience initiatives and promote club offerings
- Manage reservations for club programs, dining, and services
- Conduct proactive phone confirmation for reservations
- Oversee dining reservation processes
- Promote upcoming events and assist with registrations
- Update website calendar and manage message-on-hold system
- Document member interactions in M360 system
- Create and update information on MemberFirst platform
- Prepare personalized welcome tents and event cards
- Maintain up-to-date member profiles
- Communicate member allergies to restaurant team
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and workstation
- Ensure supplies are well-stocked
- Assist others as needed and perform additional tasks
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Maintain professionalism
- Follow safe working practices
- Take initiative for personal growth
- Address challenges with available resources
- Attend daily briefings and engage in team activities
