Job Duties

Provide ongoing telephone coverage
Complete assigned security schedule while maintaining community integrity and security
Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet organizational objectives and individual satisfaction while preventing escalation
Accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify resident recipients
Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
Assist management with projects and assignments
