Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service roles

Job Duties

  • Oversee community entry area and greet visitors and guests warmly
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and take complete messages
  • Provide community overview to potential residents and callers
  • Support recruitment by greeting and directing potential candidates
  • Maintain front desk and Bistro area cleanliness and organization
  • Assist Director of Sales with marketing tasks and initial inquiry calls
  • Ensure safety compliance and manage emergency procedures
  • Perform general administrative duties such as updating resident lists and managing meal tickets
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training programs
  • Handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively with residents and team members
