Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to be certified
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask

- problem-solving skills focused on residents and customers

- Prior experience in a customer service environment preferred
- current CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to become certified

Job Duties
- Welcome and direct residents and guests of the community
- answer resident questions and address simple resident needs
- monitor emergency response and other community systems
- receive and direct all incoming calls
- maintain a resident and customer-focused approach to problem solving
- manage multiple tasks efficiently
- act responsibly with good judgment in emergency situations
