Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum two years related experience preferably in hospitality
- Good communication skills including speaking, writing and reading English
- Proficiency in basic office equipment and computer software
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job
- Pass a criminal background check prior to employment
- Maintain good physical health verified by screening
- Display compassion for older adults
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally in emergency situations
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related position preferably in hospitality
- Ability to add, subtract and multiply
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of personal computers and office software

Job Duties
- Provide all residents, guests and visitors exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Greet all residents and visitors and provide information about the property
- Assist residents, family members and guests with general requests
- Arrange tours of the property for prospective residents and visitors
- Answer telephones, direct calls and relay messages professionally
- Display knowledge of community services, programs and information
- Manage mail meter, stamps, photocopying and office tasks
- Process incoming mail and distribute to appropriate mailboxes
- Complete all opening and closing duties
- Take accurate reservations for dining rooms, activities and transportation
- Receive and record maintenance work order requests
- Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond to calls promptly
- Maintain the Resident Notice Binder and reception area neat and orderly
- Arrange parking and retrieval of valet cars
- Fulfill personal concierge requests such as restaurant reservations, tee times and internet research
- Perform clerical duties as directed
- Support marketing efforts through positive interaction
- Communicate resident condition changes promptly
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Encourage teamwork and professionalism
- Perform other duties assigned by the Business Office Director or Executive Directors
