Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service roles
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Willingness to comply with safety protocols and training
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Completion of drug testing and other health screenings as required
- Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination compliance as mandated by law
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and follow through on assignments
- Knowledge of safety and risk management procedures is a plus
- Experience in senior living or healthcare environments is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Oversee community entry area and welcome visitors and residents
- Manage incoming telephone calls and take messages accurately
- Assist with recruitment by greeting job candidates and entering data into the Applicant Tracking System
- Maintain the Bistro area with refreshments and cleanliness
- Support sales and marketing by handling inquiries and managing marketing materials
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety programs and respond to emergencies
- Perform administrative tasks including updating resident lists and organizing mail
- Participate in team meetings, training, and engagement activities
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate appointments for residents and families
- Uphold safety procedures and support risk management initiatives
