Job Duties
- Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer paperwork
- Schedule appointments, manage medical charts, and process medical documents
- Answer phones, manage communications, and handle clerical tasks such as data entry
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff to support patient care coordination
- Adhere to patient confidentiality laws and facility protocols
