Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • experience in customer service
  • computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and specialized Sunrise software
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • knowledge of safety procedures and risk management
  • willingness to participate in required training and comply with safety guidelines
  • ability to work in a team environment and engage with residents and families
  • passing of required pre-employment drug and health screenings

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
  • ability to learn new software quickly

Job Duties

  • Oversee the community entry area and welcome visitors and residents
  • manage incoming telephone calls with appropriate greetings and message taking
  • support the Director of Sales and Executive Director with resident and family inquiries
  • assist with recruitment by greeting potential candidates and entering applicant information
  • maintain cleanliness and atmosphere of the Bistro area
  • manage appointments and send cards for residents as needed
  • support sales and marketing efforts including ordering flowers and maintaining packet inventory
  • ensure compliance with risk management and safety protocols
  • perform general administrative duties such as managing mail, meal tickets, and resident logs
  • participate in team meetings and maintain training compliance
  • respond to emergencies and promote community safety standards
