Job Requirements

  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • proficiency in computer data entry
  • ability to handle phone systems effectively
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • must pass a drug test and required health screenings
  • compliance with applicable vaccination laws

Job Duties

  • greet potential residents, families, and visitors warmly
  • manage both external and internal calls professionally
  • take and communicate messages accurately
  • provide an overview of community information to inquiries
  • assist the Business Office Coordinator/HR Designee in recruitment processes
  • perform computer data entry and other assigned general administrative duties
  • monitor the Bistro area for cleanliness, refreshments, music, and ensure a pleasant atmosphere
