Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
- greet every call with a warm and friendly tone, provide prompt assistance, answer questions, and ensure inquiry resolution
- deliver exceptional business and concierge services to members and guests, guiding them to club destinations and creating memorable experiences
- inform members and guests about club services, amenities, upcoming events, and room locations in person and by phone
- assist with member communications, including social media efforts, newsletters, and event announcements
- make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement and retention
- support member experience initiatives by promoting club offerings and assisting with key projects
- manage reservations for club programs, dining, and services, ensuring all interactions align with club standards
- conduct proactive calls to confirm member reservations for dining and events
- oversee reservation process for dining facilities, ensuring accurate booking and timely confirmation
- actively promote upcoming events and assist in event registration and follow-ups
- contribute to member experience initiatives, including website calendar updates and message-on-hold system management
- document member interactions and outreach efforts in M360 system for accurate records
- create and update events and relevant information on MemberFirst platform
- prepare and print personalized welcome tents, birthday, and anniversary cards
- maintain up-to-date member profiles including preferences and special occasions
- communicate members' allergies or dietary restrictions to restaurant team ahead of reservations
- maintain a clean and welcoming lobby, workstation, front entrance, restrooms, and surrounding areas
- ensure supplies such as pens and notepads are well-stocked and available for members
- assist others as needed and take on additional tasks assigned by management
- follow company, club, and department policies and procedures
- maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence in interactions
- follow safe working practices
- engage in personal and professional growth and maintain required certifications
- address and resolve challenges with regional and corporate teams
- attend daily briefings and actively participate in team activities
