Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to pass a drug test
  • successful completion of required health screenings such as tuberculosis test and physical evaluation
  • compliance with Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination mandates as applicable by law

Job Duties

  • greet potential residents, families, and visitors
  • manage external and internal calls
  • take and communicate messages
  • provide community information in support of the Director of Sales and Executive Director
  • assist the Business Office Coordinator and HR Designee with recruitment and data entry
  • monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and a pleasant atmosphere
  • perform assigned general administrative duties
