Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a concierge or customer service role
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in concierge software and property management systems
  • ability to multitask and organize effectively
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • hospitality management or related degree is a plus
  • previous experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficient in using concierge software, property management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent service

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries, reservations, and requests related to their stay
  • provide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining venues, entertainment options, and transportation services
  • assist in making reservations for dining, tours, spa services, and other activities
  • manage guest requests for special arrangements such as flowers, gifts, or transportation
  • stay updated on local events, promotions, and amenities to provide current information to guests
  • handle guest feedback and resolve any issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills
  • collaborate with other hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and area
  • conduct regular inventory and ordering of concierge-related supplies and materials
  • uphold company standards and adhere to policies and procedures
