Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a concierge or customer service role
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in concierge software and property management systems
- ability to multitask and organize effectively
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- hospitality management or related degree is a plus
- previous experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficient in using concierge software, property management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent service
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries, reservations, and requests related to their stay
- provide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining venues, entertainment options, and transportation services
- assist in making reservations for dining, tours, spa services, and other activities
- manage guest requests for special arrangements such as flowers, gifts, or transportation
- stay updated on local events, promotions, and amenities to provide current information to guests
- handle guest feedback and resolve any issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills
- collaborate with other hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience
- maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and area
- conduct regular inventory and ordering of concierge-related supplies and materials
- uphold company standards and adhere to policies and procedures
