Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Provide information about the community services and events
- Assist residents with various requests to enhance their experience
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador with a positive attitude
