Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- computer literacy
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- willingness to undergo background check and provide proof of vaccination status

Job Duties
- Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
- professionally greet members, guests, and team members
- direct member and customer feedback or complaints to appropriate St. James manager and follow up on issues derived from those comments
- collaborate with the member experience manager to order department supplies
- answer phones in a pleasant and friendly manner, take messages, and provide feedback on the phone as required
- update member accounts
- maintain an orderly work station area, including lobby and entrance ways
- support the safety of all members, guests, and team members
- ability to work opening shift, evening shift, and weekends if needed
