Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • College level courses in business and hospitality preferred
  • 1+ years of hospitality experience preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills including strong conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
  • Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
  • Intermediate command of computer hardware/software, specifically Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during stressful situations
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs following safety procedures
  • Ability to work in an upright standing position for long periods
  • Ability to walk, climb stairs, and navigate the property
  • Extensive use of fingers for typing and computer use
  • Ability to handle, grasp, feel objects and equipment
  • Reach with hands and arms
  • Repeat various motions with wrists, hands, and fingers
  • Ability to hear, understand, and respond verbally in person and over the phone
  • Ability to stoop and bend

Job Qualifications

  • Multiple language fluency desirable but not necessary

Job Duties

  • Greets residents and guests upon entry
  • Responds to requests, questions, and needs
  • Makes reservations and recommendations to restaurants, bars, and clubs
  • Documents issues or transactions as needed
  • Develops an understanding of Association policies and requirements
  • Identifies appropriate department/person for escalations
  • Gains knowledge of surrounding areas and attractions
  • Answers phones promptly and directs requests
  • Keeps track of activity logs and incident reports
  • Escalates concerns to Property Manager when necessary
  • Monitors Emergency Response System
  • Controls Electronic Security Control Systems
  • Ensures adherence to safety procedures
  • Logs and tracks packages until delivery or pick-up
  • Performs other duties as assigned
