Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- College level courses in business and hospitality preferred
- 1+ years of hospitality experience preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills including strong conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
- Intermediate command of computer hardware/software, specifically Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during stressful situations
- Ability to lift 30 lbs following safety procedures
- Ability to work in an upright standing position for long periods
- Ability to walk, climb stairs, and navigate the property
- Extensive use of fingers for typing and computer use
- Ability to handle, grasp, feel objects and equipment
- Reach with hands and arms
- Repeat various motions with wrists, hands, and fingers
- Ability to hear, understand, and respond verbally in person and over the phone
- Ability to stoop and bend
Job Qualifications

- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- Multiple language fluency desirable but not necessary
Job Duties
- Greets residents and guests upon entry
- Responds to requests, questions, and needs
- Makes reservations and recommendations to restaurants, bars, and clubs
- Documents issues or transactions as needed
- Develops an understanding of Association policies and requirements
- Identifies appropriate department/person for escalations
- Gains knowledge of surrounding areas and attractions
- Answers phones promptly and directs requests
- Keeps track of activity logs and incident reports
- Escalates concerns to Property Manager when necessary
- Monitors Emergency Response System
- Controls Electronic Security Control Systems
- Ensures adherence to safety procedures
- Logs and tracks packages until delivery or pick-up
- Performs other duties as assigned
