Job Duties
- Smiles and extends a warm and friendly welcome to everyone entering the Community
- Offers refreshments to individuals waiting in the lobby
- Answers and directs all incoming telephone calls
- Receives and directs inquiries from visitors, residents, family members, and employees to appropriate personnel
- Maintains current list of residents and Resident Registry
- Receives maintenance requests and completes work orders for maintenance staff
- Conducts daily checks on all residents
- Maintains a resident absentee register
- Signs in and out outside contractors, delivery personnel, service men, and visitors in a daily journal
- Makes copies and sends fax documents for residents and staff as appropriate
- Keeps record of all cash received at the front desk, including employee meals and postage copies, submitting to bookkeeping monthly
- Performs other tasks or projects as directed by management
- Appropriately addresses every individual leaving the Community as directed by management
