Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with the local area
- Ability to work part-time from 10:00am to 3:00pm
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to assist residents with mobility and occasionally move objects
- Availability for a six to eight week employment duration

Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm
- Foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie within the community
- Answer calls, chat with visitors, and help with any questions they have
- Act as a bridge between residents' families and the facility by providing updates and addressing inquiries or requests
- Help plan and set up community events
- Maintain open communication and build trust with family members
- Support multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring high-quality customer service
