- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- proficiency with basic computer applications
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- pass drug test and health screenings as per company policy

- greet residents, families, and visitors warmly
- manage external and internal calls efficiently
- take and communicate messages accurately
- provide community information to inquiries
- assist in the community recruitment process
- perform computer data entry tasks
- monitor and maintain the Bistro area's cleanliness and atmosphere
