- knowledge of Napa Valley and surrounding areas preferred

Job Duties
- Work with guests pre-arrival and in house to ascertain preferences and provide insightful recommendations
- conduct pre-arrival process to arrange services including wine tastings, dining reservations, shipping packages, and transportation
- process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely
- handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodate special requests, resolve customer complaints, assist with inquiries related to hotel services and local attractions
- utilize various software programs to track guest requests, communicate with internal personnel, and ensure proper billing
- ensure desk collateral and information are updated and current for local attractions
- maintain close relationships with vendors for ticketing and reservations
- work professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- comply with Four Seasons standards of conduct
- assist with guest services, lobby, and phone coverage during absences or heavy volume
- provide basic troubleshooting support for in-room services
- work with guest service staff to handle luggage, escorts, deliveries, and special requests
- perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management
