Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via email
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Availability to work day shift hours

Job Duties
- Promote the mission, services and image of TFF on a continuing basis to all personnel, residents, guests/visitors, volunteers, vendors, and all communities
- Support the vision of the President/CEO by working cooperatively and cohesively on service and operational matters with the ED/TFF management teams and fellow employees
- Perform concierge functions including greeting and guiding guests through the community and assisting with entrance/exit of vehicles
- Notify and coordinate TFF of visitors and appointments while being aware of community and transport schedules
- Answer telephone calls professionally ensuring callers' expectations are exceeded and maintaining proper call transfers and forwarding
- Maintain and improve building appearance and atmosphere through aesthetic means and ensure cleanliness and stocking of front-of-house restrooms
- Receive, distribute, and send out daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Promote positive employee relations by greeting applicants, distributing applications, and communicating status of interviews
- Assist with salon scheduling and tracking resident appointments
- Coordinate and assist with planning and execution of internal and external special events
- Ensure front office phone is always answered immediately, especially when away from desk
- Foster a positive working culture promoting personal development, effective communication, and brand loyalty
