Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or concierge role
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems including concierge software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
- Positive and proactive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- hospitality management or related degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using concierge software, property management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent service
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries, reservations, and requests related to their stay
- Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining venues, entertainment options, and transportation services
- Assist in making reservations for dining, tours, spa services, and other activities
- Manage guest requests for special arrangements such as flowers, gifts, or transportation
- Stay updated on local events, promotions, and amenities to provide current information to guests
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with other hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and area
- Conduct regular inventory and ordering of concierge-related supplies and materials
- Uphold company standards and adhere to policies and procedures
