Job Requirements
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or multi-residential living environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Physically able to sit for extended periods, walk long distances, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb stairs
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Foster a strong sense of community by enhancing the overall resident experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, feedback, concerns, and complaints in-person, via phone, email, or chat
- Uphold and exemplify Tricon's Standards of Excellence in all resident interactions
- Operate with integrity and consistently support Tricon's core values
- Build lasting relationships with residents to anticipate and fulfill service requests
- Maintain discretion and protect resident privacy and the reputation of the organization
- Actively seek resident feedback and provide recommendations to leadership to improve services
- Promote and support community initiatives, services, and resident engagement programs
- Serve as a welcoming and secure first point of contact, controlling building access and monitoring CCTV and emergency systems
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of resident move-ins and move-outs and prepare related communications and notifications
