High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
strong communication skills

Job Duties

Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, company website
greets and directs visitors to the community
receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
resolves customer questions and concerns
