Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Degree in hospitality management or business administration preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in luxury hospitality or property management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
- Team player
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various electronic systems
- Ability to type 30 words per minute or more
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Degree in hospitality management or business administration strongly desired
- Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus
- Minimum one year experience in high-end or luxury hospitality or property management preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently with discretion and confidentiality
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information system hardware/software
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
Job Duties
- Demonstrates superior customer service at all times and a genuine desire to serve
- Warmly greets and directs residents and guests arriving to or departing from the property
- Maintains an active presence at the Front Desk and monitors access control including cameras
- Handles concierge duties such as processing mail and packages, making arrangements for transportation, restaurant reservations, personal shopping, and coordinating community-specific services
- Possesses an in-depth knowledge of local attractions and community amenities to enhance the resident experience
- Adheres to Front Desk procedures including Daily Activity Reports and incident reporting
- Ensures resident and guest concerns are resolved professionally and reports dissatisfaction to management
- Maintains professional demeanor and appearance
- Assists in training concierge staff
- Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
- Performs other job-related duties as directed
