Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • capability to lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work in varying weather conditions
  • ability to travel occasionally for training or business needs

Job Qualifications

  • experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • proficiency with basic computer applications
  • knowledge of local area resources and services is advantageous
  • capability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and leasing area and ensure the comfort of visitors while they wait
  • answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
  • assist with completed service request call backs
  • maintain the guest suite schedule including payment and cleanliness
  • manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready before office opening
  • manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community services
  • assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and other pertinent resources of interest to residents
  • maintain relationships and contacts with concierge vendors
