Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
- ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- capability to lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- ability to travel occasionally for training or business needs

- experience in customer service or property management preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- proficiency with basic computer applications
- knowledge of local area resources and services is advantageous
- capability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and leasing area and ensure the comfort of visitors while they wait
- answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
- assist with completed service request call backs
- maintain the guest suite schedule including payment and cleanliness
- manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready before office opening
- manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
- maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community services
- assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and other pertinent resources of interest to residents
- maintain relationships and contacts with concierge vendors
