Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferred in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- friendly and positive attitude

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff members
- greet and warmly welcome visitors and guide them to their destination
- answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- manage the facility's front desk and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- coordinate transportation services for residents as needed
- assist with organizing and planning resident events and activities
- handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- maintain a working knowledge of the facility's services, amenities, and policies
- keep track of packages and deliveries for residents and staff members
- maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times
- other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager
