Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude
- Willingness to comply with health and safety screenings, including drug testing and physical evaluations

Job Duties
- Greet potential residents, families, and visitors
- Manage external and internal calls
- Take and communicate messages
- Provide community information to inquiries
- Assist the Business Office Coordinator/HR Designee in recruitment process
- Perform computer data entry
- Monitor Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and music to ensure pleasant atmosphere
