Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and community-specific applications
  • Ability to operate effectively under multiple priorities
  • Maintain safety compliance and understand workplace safety protocols
  • Pass pre-employment drug test and health evaluations as required by Sunrise Senior Living
  • COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations as mandated by law

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
  • Ability to learn new software applications quickly

Job Duties

  • Oversee community entry area and greet visitors with a warm welcome
  • Manage incoming telephone and resident calls promptly and professionally
  • Assist in recruitment by greeting potential candidates and entering information into Applicant Tracking System
  • Support the Director of Sales by handling initial inquiries and maintaining marketing materials
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and stocked supplies in the front desk and bistro areas
  • Partner with community team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk management programs
  • Perform general administrative duties such as updating rosters, preparing meal tickets, and managing mail and supplies
